2. Data and sources

We may receive directly from you by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and enquiry content. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to answer questions, provide commercial information and take pre-contractual steps requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Site security, abuse prevention and correspondence management rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)); applicable legal duties rely on Article 6(1)(c).

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be accessed only when necessary by hosting and email providers, IT providers and competent authorities where required by law. SOCIALBASE S.R.L. does not intend to transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If a provider entails such a transfer, GDPR safeguards will apply and this notice will be updated.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication, unless a justified reason or legal obligation requires another period. Contract, invoice or dispute data is retained for applicable statutory periods.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability using the data-protection contact address. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Security and automated decisions

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. At this stage we do not profile visitors or make solely automated decisions producing legal effects.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when site functions or providers change. The current version date appears at the top of this page.
